(Boston, Mass. - Sept. 16, 2009) – On Wednesday, Sept. 30 EPA will host a neighborhood information and listening session for residents and interested community members regarding the Parker Street Waste Site in New Bedford.

The neighborhood meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at the Keith Junior High School Auditorium.

EPA will be joined at the information and listening session by representatives from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, the City of New Bedford and Community Representatives.

The meeting space is fully accessible. Portuguese and Spanish translation will be available at the meeting. The street address of the Keith Junior High School Auditorium is 225 Hathaway Boulevard, New Bedford, Mass.
